I've been practicing yoga for 11 years, and teaching for the past four. During that time I've explored various styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa & Dharma Mittra.
I teach one on one & group yoga sessions here in Umbria, mostly in vinyasa flow style. Classes are suitable for all levels and are adapted to specific needs and requests of participants. Indoors or outdoors, music or not, dynamic or restful...you decide.
In my teaching, I weave my yoga training with many strands of my other studies, including shamanism, anatomy, dance & meditation.
My focus in my own practice - and in my offering to others - is a holistic sense of well-being.
Yoga helps me feel good: body, heart & mind. My motivation for leading classes is to help others feel good, too.
